Weigh-in update!!

I dont know where my mind was this week, but I totally forgot to do my weekly weigh-in update.

Well, remember I had gained 2.4 lbs over the week before and during Christmas. I was not a very happy camper. But to be honest, I probably deserved to gain more I after eating what I did.

I had no idea what the scale was going to read Tuesday night. I had done better than during the holidays, but really my frame of mind wasn't where it needed to be until about Monday of this week haha.

However, I still managed to lose 2.2 lbs! That brings my total back to 16.4 lbs!

I'm pretty pumped about it! I hope to be close to 20 when I weigh next week! I've walked a few times this week. I'm really struggling with finding time for exercise. My day starts about 6, ends about 11. But I just can't find the time until night time. But I refuse to walk at night by myself. Clinton got me the Biggest Loser workout video, but of course I'm a slacker and havent started it yet.

So, last night I was trying to come up with an action plan. Once school starts, nights are off limit. Half the nights I'm in class till 8:30, the other half I'm doing homework and writing papers. I dont usually go to bed till 11...sometimes 12. So waking up earlier than 6 is just about impossible for me to function. I don't know what to do!


Any suggestions???

I know I've been putting my health on the back burner for too long now. Its TIME to step up to the plate. I have to make room for exercise. But the thought of adding another thing to my schedule makes me cry...literally.

HELP!

Congrats! You're doing great!!! My only suggestion is to make time. Even if it's only 3 times a week. Try Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

Congrats to you!!!! Yay! I am happy yo hear this!!!! As for the workouts, maybe the weekends are the best time...then you are not rushed... hope you find something that works for you!

Congrats!!! My husband is a personal trainer and he always tells people if you want to lose weight all you need to do is diet and exercise. There are no "secrets" or "miracles".

this may sound crazy but i do lunges in the hallway! my bum always hurts the next day! I'm a SAHM to 4 and just went back on WW to lose some more weight! I lost 16lbs this past summer and got off and gained 6 back....i'm going for that 6 plus another 5 or so! :o) good luck

WAY TO GO CANDICE!!!! I really like the ideas of starting out on the weekends. If you keep that up I think exercise could really become a stress reducer and you would start "wanting" to do it on the weekdays.

And the pics of presley sleeping on the floor melts my heart!

great job!! you are doing awesome. do little things like park far away from the store you are going to and stand instead of sit whenever you can... you will find time and just remember that anything you do is good. keep it up!
