Hello bloggers! Hope you ladies are having a great day! I woke up in a pretty good mood, but for some reason I've been in a funk ever since I got to work. Not really sure why...it happens though. Thankfully my wonderful friend/coworker Laura busted out a fellow coworker that we're not too fond of, and it jump started my mornin' a little bit!
Also I got this award, too! I wanna thank Kelly at Keeping up with Kelly and Co. for the Beautiful Blogger award! If you don't follow her blog, well then you should! Shes so super sweet and has the funniest posts...including todays!

Personally, I love Kellys version of this, so I'm going to follow her lead! She posted "7 semi-neurotic and yet {possibly?} slightly-normal things" about herself, and ironically we share a lot of the same ones. So, I'm not copying you Kelly...we just have a lot in common!!
1. The laundry. First of all, I have gotten a lot more laid back about this. Clinton has helped me to let go of a few of my unnecessary OCD moments, and this happens to be one of them: When I fold laundry, I have to fold the items in groups...pull out everything that needs to be hung first, then fold all the shirts, then the shorts, etc. When it comes to hanging clothes in the closet, they HAVE to be faced the same way, in order of season, and all matching hangers.
2. This should probably be my #1 because everyone knows this about me...especially my older friends. But I can NOT stand to be touched on one side and not the other. HUH??? Ok, if you come and pat me on my right shoulder, I have to touch my left one. If I scratch one arm, I have to scratch the other. If I rub one eye, I have to rub the other. At one time, this totally consumed my life...I'm not kidding. I use to actually switch up my feet while I was driving because it would bother me so much. I would reach across my body to change the station with my left hand bc I couldnt handle only using my right hand. It was awful! Luckily after much prayer and determination, I got rid of all the extreme stuff....now I'm only a little crazy :)
3. Everything has to have its place and be even (and not just when it comes to touching me). Everything in my house has been put there for a particular reason. I strive off things being perfectly symmetrical. And do not even think about coming into my house and moving something around. It could be a total mess, but I will notice that my picture frame has been moved 1/2 an inch....ask my mother. I use to beg her NOT to clean my room because I would have a mini breakdown when things were touched.
4. I can't stand when people can't spell correctly. Dont get me wrong, we all do it. Even the smartest people I know. It has been brought to my attention that I misuse the word "to/too" a lot on here. But rest assure...it is NOT because I don't know how to use it! But I type extremely fast and my thoughts are even faster, so it happens. BUT if you do not know how to spell a word, please take 30 seconds and google it before putting it on your facebook status. Kudos to yall for trying to spell out the word exactly how you say it, but I would like to think that a grown man would know that you dont spell "have" like "half"....I "half" to do this and that.... Good Lord! It just really "agervates" me...yes, someone had that on their status the other night.
5. Buffets. I refuse to eat at a buffet. I take this back...I ate at this really nice place here called Eat Well Sushi Grill and it was amazing...and CLEAN! But other than that, you can forget it. It makes me extremely uneasy to be picking off the same pile of food as the weirdo in front of me.
6. Ok...now I do not think this is weird at all, but Clinton literally makes fun of me for doing this every single time...and we've been married for almost 6 years. But every time I get out of the shower at night, I have to put on deodorant. I know Im just going to bed, but I feel really weird if I do not have on deo! I think I have a fear that I might forget it in the morning, but I just can't sleep without it. He also says that I "paint" it on because I use so much. I also can't go to sleep until I put lotion on my hands and feet. And if I wake up in the middle of the night, I have to put more on.
7. I dont wear socks unless I absolutely have to. It can be in the dead of winter, and I will not have socks on. Reason: it makes me feel claustrophobic.
OK...So now on to the 7 lucky ladies that get this award!!
My bbf Candice at Walking in Memphis
My bff LA at Go East Memphis Mama
My other favorite ladies.... Leigh at La Bella Vita and Laura at Southern Sweetness
My awesome SIL/friend who just got started in the blogging world...Maegan at The Pairs
Elizabeth at Musing Experiences
Caroline at Simply Smithwick
I hope you all have a great day today...one day closer to the weekend!!!

Bahahaha! I am so doing this later today hahaha! You crack me up. Ok I am worried about your #1. All the others seem perfectly normal to me. Is that weird? Maybe that is why we are friends! But I seriously hate laundry and cannot stand to take any kind of time on it.
