Top 5 hidden ornaments

I saw this on one of my favorite blogs, A Suburban Housewife-in-Training, and she did a post about how we all have those "hidden" ornaments we stick on the back of the tree! Make sure you check hers out because its hilarious! I couldn't quite think of 5, but I definitely have a few that I have to put on there, but I don't want them on display for the rest of the world to see.

1. My sweet little Cinderella mice, Jaq and Gus, from my McDonalds happy meal as a child! I absolutely love them, but they dont exactly match my decor!!

2. Now, this isnt the exact ornament, but you get the drift. My dear, sweet friend Betsy, whos in the last post, got a deer "hunting" for Clinton a few years ago. I love her so, so it makes a debut on my tree. If youre standing in our backyard and look into our window, you will for sure get a peek!

And this year, I plan to get this ornament for Clinton:

His all time favorite Christmas movie is The Christmas Story...Lord help me. The first 10 times I was forced to watch this, I absolutely hated it!!! But now I like it too...sorta. So I thought this would be a cute little happy for him, and something to laugh about over the years.

I have a few more standard ornaments that I tuck in the back too. You know, the ones you had on your tree as a child that offers some special memories, but doesn't quite go with your new ones. I love those ornaments the most though. And one day I hope that Presley will ask me if she can take a few of our ornaments to her new home...and I will gladly give them to her.
