Sorry, but thats just how Im feeling today.
On top of the fact that I just do NOT want to be at work because I would rather be cuddled up in bed under some blankets... I have my weigh-in today.
Lets face it...I will be EXTREMELY lucky if I dont gain weight. Its just one of those weeks, and I can feel it. Not only did we have Thanksgiving breakfast and lunch at work on Wednesday, but then I had a repeat on Thursday. I avoided seconds, but still ate a bunch of stuff I shouldn't have. But its not only that...I just didn't watch my food intake and count my points like I have been doing. I called myself "counting" but I never tracked it the way I should've.
But no use crying over spilled milk! Yesterday was a new day and a start of another week! Thats the wonderful thing about this weight loss journey....its just that, a journey. It's going to take some time, and I'm going to have moments of weakness and failure. But this time, I'm not going to stop after my 3rd week because I didn't have a loss...or heaven forbid, because I gained.
Tomorrow you will get an update of how my weigh-in goes tonight despite how bad it just might be!
Thanks for always leaving me sweet, encouraging comments. They really do make a difference when I'm faced with temptation.
On another note, I hope yall had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I will have to post a few pics of Presley when I get a chance. I also did a little Black Friday shopping on Friday. I didn't really have anything that I had to have, but its just a tradition for me to go shopping every year after Thanksgiving. I did get all my Sex and the City seasons for $8.99 each and I was super excited about that!!
Well, I hope you ladies all have a wonderful week! Happy December 1st...and most of all, Happy Birthday to one of my FAVORITE ladies in the whole world! Happy Birthday Ashley! I love you!! You will have a little happy when you come over Friday!
Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's a holiday week. We all splurged. Now, just be good in the weeks that don't contain a holiday. Remember everything in moderation. I have to constantly remind myself of that. Also, next holiday meal, think about putting veggies on 1/2 of the plate. Meat on 1/4 and a starch on the other 1/4. It's hard to do. I tried. You'll be fine. You're doing so well!
That is such a great attitude Candice, honestly that is as awesome as having a good week and even better because you are learning from your mistakes! It takes a weak person to cheat and then say forget it, but it takes an awesome and strong person to get back on the saddle and decide that I am not done :o). You are so right about it being a journey, hence why I call what I have done that rather than a diet, because it is an on going thing that takes a lot of work and stumbles but in the end it turns out so wonderful!
This a new week so make it yours and do what you know is right and best! Thank the Lord Thasnkgiving only comes once a year and just think how small you could be by next Thanksgiving, and how that food won't even be a temptation :o). I know you can do this girl and just know if you did gain, o well, at least your gonna do something and your gonna work a little harder and then next week it will be over :o)! Have a great day girl and I can't wait to see pics of your sweet little daughter, she is soo beautiful by the way!
