My new fave product!

Well I'm just completely annoyed this morning and I'm not sure why. Maybe its the fact that I'm at work after a 3.5 day weekend. Or maybe its the fact that I have Oral Comm tonight and I'm trying to convince myself that I will not be a bad person if I drop "just this one class."

I'm just really struggling with going back to school this semester. I think a lot of it is this time of year. We have so much going on, so many fun plans, the holidays. And the thought of spending my every waking moment writing papers, speeches, reading, and doing homework is enough to make me want to hide in a hole until Christmas.

I really don't know how I'm going to make 4 classes work with working and making time for Presley and Clinton...or heaven forbid, myself. But I spent a couple minutes yesterday looking at alllll the classes I have left to take. And even though I've come a long way, I still have a longer way to go. If I were to take 4 classes a semester...or 3 a semester and 2 each summer, then I'm looking at 3 more years (including this one). That includes student teaching as well...but still. Thats a pretty heavy load when considering that I HAVE to work, and I would like to be with my family some time. And heck...I'd LIKE to have another child before then. I think it just got the best of me yesterday. So I'm trying to re-evaluate this semester before its too late to drop something.

Anyway, enough of that. We had a great time this weekend with Clinton's family. It was a nice little getaway for sure! I took a few pics...not many...but I'll post them later. Saturday all of the girls did our normal thing...shopping. And we also went to eat at an amazing restaurant for lunch called Mint. It was beautiful and delicious! I didn't really get a whole lot of goodies, just a few things from Sephora. One of them I wanted to share with y'all because I. love. it...

Kat Von D's eye primer....

I've never used primer and some people absolutely swear by it. So I thought I would go ahead and give it a shot. The lady told me that Kat Von D's was the best, and so far I'm completely satisfied! My makeup looks so much better...and lasts so much longer!

A few weeks ago I went to MAC to get some new eyeshadow. I've been using the same colors for a while now. Although I still love them, I wanted a change.

They really were the perfect choice! And the great thing about it all is that I can mix any of the 4 above and have completely different looks from one day to the next. Voila! Mission accomplished!
