It's my Friday!! Well, kinda

Tomorrow is a half day for me...and the celebration of my work bestie's birth! So I imagine there will be lots of laughing and good times, making the work load a little easier; therefore, I'm not really counting it as a work day.

I'm getting off at noon, picking up Presley, then all the girls at work are going to Vinegar Jim's for Laura's birthday lunch...Presley really wanted to join us, too! She also gets to join another "girls night out" tonight with these ladies...

Mishelle is in town for the week, so we're all getting together to catch up on old times :)

Tomorrow after lunch, Clinton and I will be heading to Madison, MS to see his family for the annual "fish fry." All Presley has talked about this week is going to see "kaya and bitt"....better known as Karla and Brett ha! She's so excited, and we are, too!!

On a completely different note, I'm super excited this morning! Long story short....I found the red coat on babygap.com that I "had" to have for little P. Well, I had already bought her this one...

which by the way, is so stinking cute on her! And last year I bought her a nice, heavy coat from Janie and Jack that was on sale. It was normally $70, got it for $30! So obviously, she did not need another coat....but how cute is it?!

And honestly, I have a huge obsession with coats...I have for years. So its not far fetched for me to buy multiple coats for Presley or myself.

Anyway, for about a week, I just looked at it online debating on whether I should get it or not. Well, I decided to be responsible and hold off. THEN I bought a $50 gap certificate on Groupons for only $25! Fate? Well of course I thought so! Only trick was that you had to use it in the store. So I made my way into Gap that weekend to find that the only part of the entire collection that they didn't get in, was the freakin red trench coat I wanted! Then they told me they wouldn't be getting in it at all and I would have to order it online.

Well apparently that wasn't going to happen either. I get online and find that its gone...nowhere to be found. I checked every day for a week. Nothing, nada, zip.

I couldn't figure out why a brand new collection would be removed from the website just a few weeks after it came out. Surely it hadn't already sold out??

BUT I got on today, and it is back!! I'm so excited!! Needless to say, I'm not taking my chances this go around...I'll be ordering it ASAP!
