Enough of that though. We have reached November which means....
It's the holiday season!!
So whoop-de-do, and hickory dock
And don't forget to hang up your sock
Cause just exactly at 12 o'clock
He'll be coming down the chimney down!
(He'll be coming down the chimney down)!
Thats right! Its officially the holiday season! And if thats not something to be excited about, then I don't know what is!!
Now that all of y'all have that song in your head, its time for the 30 Day Blog Challenge..days 20-23!
Day 20:
Nicknames
I have a few nicknames, but nothing super exciting. I've told y'all before how my dad's name is Hunter, but so was his grandfathers. So to distinguish the two , they've always called my dad Hunter Lee, even to this day. Well my name is Candice Lee and all of my family (really just aunts, uncles, and my grandparents) call me Candy Lee. My dad also calls me Pumpkin...which I still love to this day. And ever since I had Presley, he calls me Pumpkin and her Little Pumpkin :)
A lot of my friends call me Can, too. My best friend's name is Candice, and we use to work with each other. So everyone would refer to her as Can Weeks, and me as Can Pair. So Can or Can Pair is usually what I'm called by all of my friends.
My mom sometimes calls me LuLu and I have absolutely no explanation for you. Sorry!
Clinton calls me Candy Cane :) No explanation there either, he just does. And sometimes my nephew calls me Candy Cane, too!
Day 21:
Picture of Me
Ok I feel like I've posted every recent picture of me over the last few months on here, so I hate to be redundant. But here you go...
Favorite City and Favorite Vacation:
NEW YORK CITY!!!!
I know I sound like a broken record, but I really do love this place. I finally found a few pictures on my computer that I took on one of my trips there. I love this one of the Brooklyn Bridge. We walked halfway across it, snapped a picture, then headed back. Gorgeous views!
Out of all of the times I've gone to NYC, the picture above was my favorite thing to do there. The thing I love about going to NYC now is that I don't have to waste all of my time do touristy stuff. It's so much fun just to go there and be part of the city. And that is exactly what we did that day. We walked this sidewalk along Central Park for hours, just taking in the city and enjoying every minute of it. I think about that day all the time. It was so quiet and peaceful. And if I was a multi-millionaire, I would totally live in one of those beautiful apartments to the left, overlooking Central Park!
And heres one of me and my sis on the double-decker bus tour. If you go there, make sure to do it. It gives you a great tour of the city and you can hop on and off at any of the stops...so it ends up being a great use of transportation, too :)Well, there you have it. I hope y'all have a fabulous day!

Something must have been in the air yesterday---I had a case of the funk too. Glad you see youre in better spirits today :)
I would be in a funk every minute of every day if I had all of that going on! So, seriously, consider yourself pretty darn amazing for having any non-funk like day!
Oh and I too am SOOOO excited for the holidays! Have you seen the Glade christmas commercials? Oh, they just get me so excited!
