Dear Weekend, I wish you were still here....

...because Monday sucks. The air at work has been screwed up all day and we've been chillin' in 90 degree temps for most of the day. All of my makeup as officially melted off my face, and it's not pretty folks.

Anyway, on a brighter note...this weekend was fabulous! Friday night was a success!! Clinton's two best guy friends came in town and surprised him for his post-birthday dinner! Clinton was a little suspicious about everything, but when they walked in, he was totally shocked.

Saturday I got to meet up with me bestie LA and her little boy L. We met at Bass Pro...don't be jealous...and then had lunch at Chick-fil-A. It was a short trip bc the kiddos were not cooperating very well. That afternoon I went to a wedding shower, and then I spent the rest of the day curled up in the air conditioner watching golf. Yes, I watch golf...now. I use to hate it. In fact, I would have rather watched paint dry. But I really do enjoy it now.

Then of course Sunday was Fathers Day!! We woke up and tried a new church in our area and we both really liked it. Then we took my parents out to breakfast for Fathers Day. Here are some pics of the best daddy in the world....and the sweetest little lady I know :)

You can't really tell, but her dress has little yellow lab puppies smocked on it...perfect for daddy's day!

That was basically our weekend....friends, family, golf, and napping. Fabulous!
