My coworkers gave me a wonderful birthday though! My friend Ashley got me a really funny card, some flowers, and a $15 itunes card so that I can FINALLY upload some songs to my IPOD that I've had FOREVER and have yet to use! Not only that, but Ashley also paid for my lunch when we all went to eat, and then made me a homemade strawberry cake that was A-MAZING! She's the best!! Needless to say, my not-so-good morning that included me chasing Miss P down the street, turned out to be a wonderful day!
After work, I met up with my parents, in-laws, and Clintons aunt and grandparents for my bday dinner. Unfortunately, Clinton wasn't able to come :( He started his new job on Monday, and he has to work a little later than usual. Plus he had to go do some of his yards after that. I still had a great time visiting with our family though. My parents gave me money like they always do, and Clintons parents got me these new kicks...
...which I'm taking back because they aren't that comfortable :( She also got me some lotion, body wash, a candle from Bath and Body Works, AND surprised me with my favorite....a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake! White cake, strawberry ice cream...yummy!!! I have the best family ever! *But not only do I have the best coworkers and family, I have the best BFF ever, too :) I know that as we get "old", people don't put as much thought into friends birthdays, which is totally understandable. We work, have husbands, kids, or whatever! But I love that Candice always makes the biggest effort to do something special for me! She emailed all my closest friends this week to try and get everyone together "to celebrate my birth" haha! Even though it didn't quite pan out, it was such a sweet gesture to know how much she tried to make it happen! You don't find that much anymore these days! So she and I are still going to get together tonight, and I think Miss Laura is going to come, too! I can't wait to hang out with some of my favorite ladies :)

Well other than that, a lot has been going on this week. Clinton started his new job and he's really enjoying it! I also started summer school, and it's going great! I'm sooo glad that I decided to take it! He let us out after 1 hour the first class, 1 hr 45 mins the 2nd class! Can't get better than that! We have no tests, no projects, no exam! All I have to do is write a paper each class, 2 per week! How awesome is that?!
