Weekend Update....a few days late!

Happy Hump Day!! So far this week is flying by for me...what about y'all?! I'm hoping that Thursday and Friday go by just as fast. I'm really looking forward to this weekend for a few reasons:

1. Its the last weekend I have to spend any of my time studying....well, for a month at least.

2. One of my bff's (Kelly) is moving back to Memphrica! WOOHOO!

3. Saturday one of my friends is throwing a skin care party, and it's going to be a great time catching up with everyone!

4. And the best reason of all....Clinton and I will be celebrating SIX years of marriage! I dont know what the plans are yet, but I'm just excited to have a date night with him!!

This past weekend was wonderful, too! We had some much needed QT! Friday night we had dinner with Clinton's parents and his brother that came in from Nashville. I woke up Saturday morning to a cold, rainy day. At first I figured my plans of shopping with little Miss P had been ruined. But about 9:30 it started to slow down a little bit, so I decided to go about my normal routine. Clinton actually decided to join us for his quarterly shopping trip!

Before we left the house, we reached a huge milestone....Presley used the potty!!! She took off her diaper in the middle of the kitchen and told me she needed to "Tee tee in the potty." I figured she was just talking like she always does, but nope...she did it! And she actually went 3 more times over the next few days!

Like I said earlier, we had a lot of rain on Saturday. When we came home from shopping , Clinton thought this would be a good idea...

Our neighbors have a little bit of a flooding problem...but it makes for a good time for all the kiddos!

Saturday night we FINALLY went to the annual Mudbug Fest! This is like the 8th year that Leigh Anne and some of her friends have thrown this party, and we NEVER get to come! We had a blast!!!

Unfortunately, we had to leave the party earlier that we would've liked. But we went to a local restaurant/bar to have dinner/drinks with my two bro-in-laws and my sis-in-law. It was so much fun catching up with the siblings!

Sunday was a lot more laid back. Presley decided she was ready to play dress up for her very first time! Here she is in the Fancy Nancy dress she got for her bday!
