Just in time

Is everyone else dreading work this week as much as I am?? No specific reason other than the fact that I'm completely worn out from this past week....or two.

School has been pretty crazy lately and I feel like I've had to continuously apologize to people for falling off the planet for about 5 days straight. But as they say, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel, and for me, that light was SPRING BREAK.


By no means has this been the hardest semester, but I've been waiting ever so patiently for this break to hurry up and get here.

This weekend went by too fast. I spent Friday night with some of the best ladies you'll ever be so lucky and blessed to know! Every "month" a few of us meet together for our dinner club. We've been doing it for about 3.5/4 years...gosh where has the time gone?! We all went to high school together, and all of them have actually been friends since elementary/middle school. As time goes by, it gets harder and harder for us to get together. Between all of us, we have a birthday or holiday almost every month of the year hah. But hey, as long as we're getting together, it doesn't matter if its for celebrating our children's birthdays, or celebrating our friendship.

Saturday was yucky, but it didn't stop me from getting out with Miss P and doing a little shopping. I needed to run a few errands, get some new clothes and MAC makeup, and just spend a little time with Presley. It was my first free Saturday in 8 weeks (because of my Saturday class) and I needed to get out and about. We spent the rest of the day at home doing absolutely nothing....other than watching endless amounts of movies. I finally set up Netflix through the Wii so that we could watch unlimited movies, and I'm pretty sure they lost money on us this weekend.

1. Do a little dance...

I've become totally obsessed with our Wii and especially Just Dance.

2. And read a little book...

My work bestie got me 3 Nicholas Sparks for Christmas...2009...and I've yet to read them. Shocker.

So whats the next countdown gonna be??

12 Weeks till a much needed vacation!

Yep...12 weeks from today, I'll be waking up to this beautiful view at Navarre Beach. I've never been much of a beach person because I like to have lots to do. But there are 3 main reasons I've been so excited about this trip...

1) I'm actually going on a vacation that requires me to do NOTHING. I do enough already!

2) It'll be Presley's first trip to the beach! She's going to be so excited!

3) I get to spend it with some of our best friends!!

Well, sorry for the useless ramblings... I guess I'm making up for the last 6 months.
