Week 2...woohoo!!

Tonight was my second time to weigh-in since I've started Weight Watchers.

Once again, I was a little anxious because I have not weighed one time since the last weigh-in which made me a little nervous. I felt like I had done really good this week...possibly even better than last week...and well, I was right!

Last week I lost 4.6 lbs...this week was 5.8!!!!

I wish I could even begin to explain how excited I was, but there were no words! 10.4 lbs in 2 weeks!! The leader basically had to pick my mouth up off the ground because I was in such disbelief!!

This week is going to be a LOT tougher! I've been great about cutting back on my portions and cutting out fast food unless absolutely necessary. But this next week will be a challenge. Some girlfriends and I are going out to eat Friday night before New Moon ( so Candice and LA, you have to keep me in check!). Saturday, Clinton's family will be in town for our annual Thanksgiving get together. We are also throwing a shower for one of the cousins. So I'm pretty much going to be around food ALL day. But I've already mapped out a plan and I'm just going to do the best I can at sticking to it!

Well, I can't wait to see where this takes me next week! Thank you for all the sweet and encouraging comments from the last blog. I know that my weigh-in will not always be this successful, but at least I know that I have some good friends to help me along the way.

So proud of you girl! Ok so I have been in this spot before the movies lol! I don't know about you but I LOVED movie popcorn and snacks so of course I had to find a way around this while dieting. For me I like to take my own bag of 100 calorie already popped popcorn in haha, just take a big purse lol! Another great thing is 100 calorie packs to go with it for your candy and then a sparkling water that is like a pop, again this is when the "big" bag comes in handy lol, the theater people will never know and your saving yourself 1,000's of calories probably lol!

As far as Thanksgiving just eat the meats and veges and fruits and keep your portion control up and maybe I know some do this, eat something little and low in calories and drink a ton of water so your not as hungry. As for the shower been there too lol, we actually just threw one a couple moneths ago and had to plan AND be around all the food, so i just brought my own refreshments and it worked great!

I hope I don't sound like an idiot lol but its SO key to plan before this stuff so then you can't fail, just think how cool it will be if next week you can have another big loss while the rest of America on Thanksgiving is probably having a big gain lol! I know you can do this girl and I am so proud of you for making it to the 2wk mark, lets make it a month now :o). Have a good day!

WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO hahah. The first thing I thought when I walked into work this morning was "Candice had a weigh in" hehe. Gosh Im so proud of you!!!
