Presley's FIRST birthday party!

Kelly's Korner is doing a new rendition of "Show us where you live Fridays." This week she asked that we show her some 1st Birthday ideas for little Harper! Presley turned one in February and I had a BLAST planning her birthday party. I didnt go with a particular theme, but I found some super cute candle holders/cake stands/etc from Hobby Lobby and just kinda played off of that. Here are just a few pics to give you and idea...you can go to my Feb post to see more!

Here is a birthday banner that I made her. All I did was cut out the shapes on scrapbook paper, used white cardstock for the letters, laminated them (which you dont have to, I only did so for a keepsake) then attached them with ribbon!

Here are the cake stands and candle holders I found at Hobby Lobby! I got super lucky with these...they were marked down like 66% and I bought them all!

I had her cake made to look just like her invitation (which was shaped like a 3 tiered cake).

Another simple project...buy some regular birthday hats and recover them in cute scrapbook paper!

Instead of toys for party favors, I had my cake lady make these cookies...huge hit with all the older kiddos!

I also made this frame for Presley :)

Got this dress off ebay for $30! Includes bows and monogramming!

I had to add this! My favorite gift of all...her sweet little tutu and headband!
